Deep connection
through ceremony.
By the light of a new dawn or under the full moon, in celebration of every day or the changing of a season, with collaborations of music and movement or seated with warm cups of cacao husk tea, our deep connection ceremonies will always provide you with a unique yet consistent opportunity to connect with new people, share and listen to stories, and enjoy the wild sweetness of life in good company. Read more about our ceremonies below…
-
A connection ceremony is an opportunity to sit, move, breathe, and talk openly and honestly with other curious people.
Our connection ceremonies offer a dedicated moment to slow down, make new connections, and deepen your community experience.
-
Each ceremony is themed based on the seasons but all revolve around the same idea/structure:
Expect the ceremony to open with some form of mindful practice - meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, tea, sound etc.
The bulk of each ceremony will consist of honest and open conversations guided by pre-prepared questions and prompts. Depending on group numbers, we’ll either sit as one group or split into smaller groups of around 6 to 10. This allows for lots of time to listen as well as share (crucial for the community experience).
All ceremonies will close with either an ocean dip (at beach locations), a meditation, a group howl, or anything that reflects the intention for the day.

Anyone desiring deeper connections and a strong sense of community. If you’re life is focused on wellbeing, exploration, honesty, creativity, and joy then you’ll feel right at home!
Almost all new people come along on their own the first time.
The very nature of these ceremonies does ask for a certain degree of willingness and a deep sense of curiousity, but, if you can get yourself there then you’ll find all the support you need to dive in.

We run ceremonies in a couple of key locations in Auckland to catch the best spots for watching the sun rise or set. These may change seasonally so check out the upcoming schedule to see where to find us!

Nope! Come just as you are today.
Whenever a ceremony offers a particularly strong practice such as certain types of breathwork we will offer gentle options and or alternatives for anyone wishing to take it slow.
