Mystic Yoga - Titirangi

  • Tangiwai Reserve, Huia Rd, Titirangi (map)

Do you want to live a full and vibrant life?

Rooted in Mysticism and influenced by Kundalini and Yin Yoga, and Shamanic breathwork journeys. This will be an opportunity to move, stretch, twist and explore yourself in new and unexpected ways...

Each week we’ll explore a different part of the chakra system. Join in at any stage! This week will focus on Svadhisthana.

≋ Cultivate curiosity and creativity.

≋ Step beyond old limitations.

≋ Energise your mind and body.

≋ Find a renewed sense of child-like wonder.

This is an accessible practice with something for everyone. You’ll find opportunities to push yourself when desired and always be given options to support your unique needs. You’ll find a welcoming practice that is just the right amount of challenging.

Classes will include a blend of slow and fast movements, long-held stillness, powerful breathwork, meditation and sometimes sound to provide a whole and holistic practice.

You’ll also find an opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded people and unwind and recharge in a supportive and encouraging space.

About me:

My name is Logan and I’m an experienced yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, self-discovery coach and ceremony guide. My greatest desire in life is to help others feel free and this influences my classes from the ground up. I’ve taught a range of styles and various wellness practices over the years, contributing to my on-the-day focused approach. That means I don’t plan too rigorously and keep my classes open to whatever is needed on the day and based on the group in front of me.

Whatever your personal journey is bringing you, I hope you can find something that works for you within my classes.

See you on the mat!
