SUNRISE CLUB @ MT EDEN
There’s a space that’s often left unexplored at the end of a yoga class, ceremony, or even a festival that can keep us from fully integrating these experiences into our regular personal lives.
To remedy this, we’re bringing together anyone taking an interest in their personal well-being, awareness, spirituality, or development to create a relaxed environment that’s focused on our unique social and community needs rather than our well-loved practices.
Sunrise Club is an opportunity to create connections and open honest conversations about the deeper parts of our lives.
The morning will be kept somewhat unstructured to allow for natural social connections to unfold. We’ll offer a gentle opening movement and/or meditation and some homemade cacao to get things going. We will then dive into some explorative conversation prompts to explore a deep level of communication and connection.
Whether you’ve attended one of our classes or events, or are new to Wild Soul you’ll find a welcoming space that provides you with tools and guidance to get to know a few new like-minded individuals and to get to know yourself deeper in the process. What to Expect:
Short and sweet opening meditation + movement - A simple opener to get us all open and settled before mixing and mingling.
Conversation prompts to dive below the surface.
Homemade cacao - Vegan and GF and an optional small koha will be appreciated but not expected. *Please bring a mug or keep cup!*

Whether the sky is grey with clouds or filled with morning hues we’ll all take a pause together to enjoy the sun’s first moments as it crosses the horizon.
What to Bring:
Warm clothes + blankets and/or mats to sit on.
A mug or keep cup for cacao.
Rain jacket or extra dry clothes in case of rain and wind.
Any friends or family that you’d like to explore this space with.
An open heart and mind.
What’s the Cost?
The event itself is free to attend but we would appreciate a small koha (donation) for the cacao!

To ensure we have a clear idea of numbers and can communicate weather cancellations, please let us know you are coming via the form at the bottom of the page.
Location/Time:
We’ll meet at the lower Maungawhau/Mt Eden car park roundabout between 5.50 and 6.00 am so that we can walk up together in the dark. I’ll have a lantern with me so you can find me.
🌞 Important: The space we’ll be going to can be very hard to find in the dark so please arrive during the times above to ensure you don’t get lost.
